Track My Order

When your order ships, we send a shipment confirmation email containing the carrier and tracking link, when tracking is available.

Tracking steps  Open the shipment confirmation sent to the email address used at checkout.  Select the tracking link to view the carrier’s latest scan and estimated delivery information.  Allow up to 48 hours after shipment confirmation for the first carrier scan to appear.  If no update appears after 48 hours, or the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, email support@brightforgegear.com with your order number and delivery address.

Missing confirmation email Check spam or junk folders and confirm that the email used at checkout is correct. Contact us if you still cannot find the message. For security, we may ask for reasonable order information before providing details.

Return and Refund Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026 This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from BrightForge Gear. BrightForge Gear is operated by BRIGHTFORGE ELECTRONICS LLC, which is the legal seller responsible for accepting and processing eligible returns, exchanges and refunds.

Return window You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after the order is shown as delivered. A request sent within that period is timely even if our support team responds on the next business day. Your statutory rights under applicable law are not limited by this voluntary return policy.

How to start a return or exchange Before sending any item, email support@brightforgegear.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the request and, where relevant, clear photographs of damage or an incorrect item. We will provide return instructions and, for an authorized return, a prepaid shipping label. Do not send a return without contacting us first. Our business shipping and return address is 100 Floyd Dr, Carrollton, KY 41008, United States. This is also the company’s registered business address. A return is not complete until it is received at the address specified in our written return instructions.

Return shipping costs For every return or exchange that we authorise under this policy, we pay the reasonable return shipping cost and provide the required prepaid label. Customers should not purchase postage independently unless we approve it in writing. We are not responsible for unauthorized postage or packages sent to a different address.

Condition of returned goods Unless an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, it should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with included parts, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop, but excessive use, avoidable damage or missing parts may reduce a refund where permitted by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to confirm the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair or refund, at no return cost to you. Nothing in this policy excludes any legal warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Items that may not be returnable Where clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law, return rights may be limited for personalized or custom-made goods, opened sealed hygiene goods, perishable goods, digital products already supplied with required consent, gift cards and goods that cannot safely be resold for health or safety reasons. Defective or misdescribed goods remain subject to applicable legal rights.

Exchanges To request an exchange, follow the return process above. We will confirm availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund. We pay the authorized return and replacement shipping costs.

Refund timing and method After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days after receipt of the return. Refunds are sent to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit; that processing time is outside our control.

Order cancellations To request cancellation before shipment, email support@brightforgegear.com immediately. We will try to stop fulfillment, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipped. If shipment cannot be stopped, use the return process after delivery.

Return support hours Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding public holidays. Messages received outside those hours are treated as received on the next business day.

Changes and termination We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes apply after publication and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an accepted order. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security risk or legal necessity.

Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their state of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Last updated: October 27, 2026

Seller identity The seller for every order placed through BrightForge Gear is BRIGHTFORGE ELECTRONICS LLC, Kentucky Organization Number 1647772, at 100 Floyd Dr, Carrollton, KY 41008, United States. BrightForge Gear is the online trading name and customer-facing store of BRIGHTFORGE ELECTRONICS LLC; it is not a separate legal seller.

Products and territory We sell the products described on the store only for delivery in the 48 contiguous United States. Product- specific terms disclosed on the product page form part of the sale contract.

Order process and contract formation After checkout, we normally send an automated acknowledgment. That acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. A binding sale contract is formed when we send order acceptance or shipment confirmation, whichever occurs first. We may reject an order for the reasons stated in the Terms of Service.

Price, tax and payment The price displayed at checkout is in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is added where required. Payment is due when the order is submitted. If an obvious pricing or description error is discovered before acceptance, we will contact you for confirmation at the correct price or cancel and refund the order.

Delivery and risk Standard shipping is free. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days to eligible destinations. Risk of physical loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Legal title passes when payment is received and delivery occurs.

Inspection and remedies Please inspect the order after delivery and contact us promptly about missing, incorrect, damaged or defective goods. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, price adjustment or refund as required by law and our Return and Refund Policy.

Returns, exchanges and refunds A return or exchange may be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. We pay the authorized return or exchange shipping cost. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days after we receive the returned goods. The complete process and permitted exceptions appear in the Return and Refund Policy.

Manufacturer warranties A product may include a separate manufacturer warranty. Such a warranty is additional to, and does not replace, rights against us as the seller. Warranty details, when applicable, are provided with the product or product listing.

Chargebacks and payment disputes If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@brightforgegear.com first so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit your right to contact your card issuer or payment provider.

Customer complaints Send complaints to support@brightforgegear.com. We aim to acknowledge messages during the next business day and resolve concerns fairly. We do not currently appoint a private mediator; customers may still use any governmental, court or other dispute process available under applicable law.
